If you are looking for cash services please call our billing office to inquire within. We apply Federal and State sliding scale fee to assure that our services are affordable.
New patients is $1200 for the 1st month of service. This cost will include:
Daily Dispense of Buprenorphine.
All in-house drug testing.
Four behavioral health individual counseling session.
Follow up/ established patient month visit is 800.
New patients is 800 the 1st month of service. This cost will include:
Daily Dispense of Naltraxone until ready for Vivitrol shot.
All in-house drug testing.
One behavioral health individual counseling session.
Follow up/established patient monthly visit is 600.
$2000 per month. This cost will include:
12 hours per week of Day Treatment group counseling.
One behavioral health individual session per week.
Doctor visits and medication treatment.
$3000 for monthly Sublocade injection which will include all drug testing and counseling.
Payment is due at time of service.
No shows/cancellations are charged $100 per provider unless given a 24 hour notice.
Sliding scale fee schedule is available for those who qualify.
