Mr. Keith Stigler is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor with a substance abuse specialization. He received his Master’s Degree in professional counseling from Concordia University. Mr. Stigler has experience working a forensic specialist case manager where he worked with clients the were diagnosed with a serious and persistent mental illness and are determined by the Department of Correction as high risk to the community.
Mr. Stigler believes that building a good rapport with the client is essential to the therapeutic alliance between therapist and client. Specializing in physical and sexual traumas, anger management, communications, and conflict resolution Mr. Stigler uses mostly Solution Based therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Trained and certified in Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Care, Suicide Risk Prevention, and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy Mr. Stigler believes every person and situation is different and should be approached with individual and unique treatment.
