Self-Pay Plan -
~ Healing Corner Self-pay rates are as follows:
- Suboxone Treatment (Daily Dispense):
- New patients is $600 for the 1st month of service. This cost will include:
- Daily Dispense of Buprenorphine.
- All in-house drug testing.
- One behavioral health individual counseling session.
- Follow up/ established patient month visit is $400.
- Vivitrol Treatment:
- New patients is $600 for the 1st month of service. This cost will include:
- Daily Dispense of Naltraxone for one week, followed by Vivitrol shot.
- All in-house drug testing.
- One behavioral health individual counseling session.
- Follow up/ established patient monthly visit is $300.
- Day Treatment:
- $1800 per month. This cost will include:
- 12 hours per week of Day Treatment group counseling.
- One behavioral health individual session per week.
- Doctor visits and medication treatment.
~ Payment is due at time of service.
~ No shows/cancellations are charged $100 per provider unless given a 24 hour notice. In emergencies at the providers discretion.
